# Helios Brain

Helios Brain operates an applied intelligence lab. The lab compiles a private, executable world model of an organization (the substrate beneath every recommendation), and runs that model in the customer's environment with provenance, governance, and a closed learning loop. The lab is based in Athens, Greece.

The lab publishes three products that share one factory:

- **Helios**. the private model of how your institution actually works. The seed of every deployment.
- **Helios Brain**. the managed world model. Simulate a change, compare paths, see outcomes before you commit.
- **Helios Factory**. the same factory, self-serve. Bring your ontology, data, action space, and governance. Compile a model that learns from outcomes.

## Key concepts
- **World model**: an executable, typed, time-aware graph of how an organization runs. Reads systems, holds the fact graph, supports counterfactuals.
- **Substrate**: thirteen components beneath every world model. ontology, evidence, calibration, reasoning, action, governance, etc.
- **Closed loop**: outcomes feed back into the substrate. The model learns from the world it actually shaped.
- **Living world model**: persists across time, versioned, governed, auditable.
- **Private**: deployed inside the customer's perimeter. No data leaves.
